Clinical Approach
I completed my medical education at Istanbul University, Istanbul Medical Faculty between 2010 and 2016. From 2017 to 2022, I undertook ophthalmology residency training at Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine. In 2022, I successfully passed the European Board of Ophthalmology examination and obtained the FEBO qualification. Between 2022 and 2024, I practised as an ophthalmologist at Kesan State Hospital, Edirne. Since 2024, I have been seeing patients at Memorial Bahcelievler Hospital, Istanbul.
My professional interests lie in oculoplastic surgery and periocular aesthetics. I am particularly involved in upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow lift procedures, periocular aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, eyelid masses, ptosis, ectropion, entropion, xanthelasma, and the assessment and management of thyroid-related eyelid disorders.

- •Individual Assessment:Each patient's anatomy, expectations, and overall health are evaluated in detail. Instead of a standardised approach, a personalised treatment plan is formulated.
- •Transparent Communication: Treatment options, procedural steps, expected outcomes, and potential risks are explained to the patient in clear, accessible language.
- •Realistic Expectations: Achievable results are shared honestly. No exaggerated promises are made.
- •Evidence-Based Approach: Treatment decisions are guided by current medical literature and clinical evidence.
- •Patient Safety: Patient safety is the foremost priority in surgical indication, technique selection, and postoperative follow-up.

What matters is accurate measurement, correct timing, and understanding the patient's true needs — ensuring that an eyelid functions properly is as much my responsibility as ensuring it looks natural.”
